Sherman: Bio – January 2007

Sherman Bradley, a former Air Force Sergeant and ordained minister, serves as Vice President of City Gospel Mission for formerly incarcerated, addicted, disenfranchised and homeless men. He is the founder and interim director of City Gospel Development Company, a transitional housing & training program with a focus on Social Enterprise for men. Sherman has endeavored to provide a holistic approach to healing and restoration of men in Cincinnati, OH and the surrounding Tri-State area. Sherman is a Rotarian, Toastmaster and dynamic motivational speaker who strives to be “a light to the soul and spirit of humanity.” He is a certified trainer of “Bridges Out of Poverty” via Aha Process Inc. a program in addition to "A Framework for Understanding Poverty" by Dr. Ruby Payne that presents strategies and solutions toward the eradication of poverty. He is founder of Consider The Poor workshop and training program to assist individuals and organizations in understanding the dynamics of poverty and homelessness. He and his wife Sadell are founders of Creative Grace Productions, LLC, a ministry that seeks to "heal what divides the church" while helping individuals experience God. They recently began serving as pastors for ChiAlpha Campus ministries at the University of Cincinnati to engage the next generation of leaders with the message of the Kingdom of God. Sherman is the proud father of two daughters Whitney and Shaniqua.

Sherman enjoys weight training, bowling, golf and ping pong. He works out regularly and has embarked upon training for the Flying Pig Marathon, his first marathon was in May of 2007.
