Q: Do I have to be a Christian do be listed on this site?

A: Yes. This "site" is where event planners go to find quality Christian speakers, singers, comedians, drama teams, etc.. We do require a statement of faith and a letter of recommendation from your pastor to be considered for this site.

Q. May I use my church's statement of faith or should I write my own?

A. Yes. You may use your churches' statement if it is in line with your belief.

Q. Would it be all right to ask another Pastor to write my a letter of recommendation or does it have to be the Pastor from my church?

A. The purpose of this letter is to endorse you as a person of integrity and a committed follower of Jesus Christ. We do require a letter of recommendation from a pastor from your church to endorse you and your ministry. You are welcome to add secondary recommendations from other pastors and leaders who know you, and want to help promote your speaking ministry.

Q: If I am asked to speak at an event through this site, do I have to pay CaptivatingSpeakers.com a percentage of my fee?

A: No, This “site” will not act as a booking agent or representative for ANY participant.

Q. Is there a fee to be listed on Captivating Speakers.com?

A. YES. There is a set up fee of $50.00 which includes your first year fee of $25.00. The annual fee will be billed each year at your anniversary date. For more details, see "Are you a Speaker" page.

Q: I registered as a speaker but I can not log on.

A: CaptivatingSpeakers.com takes pride in the quality of the registered speakers. The information provided is thoroughly reviewed by our staff to preserve the integrity of the listing service. Once the information is reviewed you will receive an email to the address you provided. The email will contain instructions on how to finalize registration and log on.
